Townhouse 17, the latest development in the portfolio of A & S Group, and its first hotel, is located in Gozo’s capital city of Victoria, known locally as Rabat.

This charming boutique hotel offers nine luxuriously finished rooms. One of these rooms is fully equipped for those guests with special needs, whilst another room is operated as a single room. The other seven rooms, are all set up as double rooms.

Additionally, each room will have either a balcony or a French window overlooking a small park, giving guests the opportunity to take in every day Gozitan life occurrences.

Townhouse 17 boasts of a rooftop terrace and splash pool, which is exclusively for the use of guests staying at the hotel, meaning that one can choose to spend the day basking in the sun or else enjoying a sunset cocktail before heading out for an evening meal.

Located within the Townhouse 17 hotel, one may find Chapeau, which is a bistro run by the A & S Group. Chapeau is also the area where hotel guests can enjoy their a la carte breakfast, quality food and beverages during operating hours.

An added benefit of Townhouse 17 is that it is located extremely close to a public parking area, and also only 50 metres away from the main bus terminus of Victoria, meaning that commuting via public transport or by car is extremely easy.
